The impact of a disaster can be devastating, and the American Red Cross is there to respond. But did you know it's also a part of our mission to help people prepare? As a Preparedness volunteer you can help educate individuals, families, and communities on actions to reduce the risk of a disaster, prepare to respond, and cope with disasters when they happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparedness goals
- Conduct Hands-Only CPR, Ready Rating, or Be Red Cross Ready presentations
- Connect and meet with partners to build relationships
