Love Chapel is looking for compassionate and reliable volunteers to serve as Telephone Desk Receptionists during the hours of 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM one or two days per week, or another schedule that works best for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in clients
- Provide information with compassion, professionalism, and discretion
- Assist clients and connect them with community resources
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable using a multi-line phone system
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
- Friendly and calm demeanor when interacting with people in need
- Willingness to learn – training provided on office procedures and community partner information
This is a front-line role that directly supports those in crisis, offering hope and guidance when it’s needed most. Your time and heart can make a difference.
