We are Moms Demand Action, a grassroots movement fighting for public safety measures to protect people from gun violence. We advocate for stronger laws and policies that will reduce gun violence and save lives. Our force is powered by tens of thousands of volunteers across America, committed to taking on the issue of gun violence that affects our children and communities. We believe every life is precious, and we won’t stop lobbying, marching, and advocating for policies and laws that will protect us and our families. Together, as part of Everytown for Gun Safety, we’re persistently challenging the gun lobby and passionately raising awareness about gun safety and laws.

Moms Demand Action is a grassroots movement of Americans (mothers and others) fighting for public safety measures that can protect people from gun violence. We have programs to help support survivors of gun violence as well as numerous initiatives to prevent gun violence whether it is related to homicides, suicides, or unintentional shootings.
