Who We Are

Mission: To build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place, one girl at a time.

Girl Scouts of Central Indiana is central Indiana’s preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls—all girls—where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.

What We Do

Girl Scouts of Central Indiana offers a variety of programs for girls ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, including leadership development, STEM education, outdoor activities, and entrepreneurship opportunities. They also provide summer camps, troop activities, and community service projects. Additionally, the organization emphasizes social-emotional learning, teamwork, and confidence-building experiences designed to help girls grow into strong, empowered women. Girl Scouts also offer leadership training and mentoring for volunteers who guide and support the girls in their journey.
