Help us gear up Bartholomew County students for a great school year!
BCSSAP is seeking energetic volunteers to help keep the good vibes rolling as we distribute backpacks filled with essential school supplies. You'll jump in where needed — whether that's loading up cars with backpacks, distributing information packets to families, or helping to direct traffic with your best “this way!” moves.
Parking is easy: Volunteers should park in the grassy area across from Building 1, near the fair midway loop. From Highway 11, turn onto 200 South, then take the first road on the right. Follow the signs marked “VOLUNTEER PARKING” to the designated parking area.
Quick heads-up: To protect the privacy of the families picking up supplies, we kindly ask that you leave your kiddos at home for this event. Thanks for understanding!
