Description
Love Chapel is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team and support the overnight shift at Brighter Days Shelter. This is an ongoing volunteer position that requires initial training and a commitment to serve regularly—not a one-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with washing, drying, and folding bedding.
- Prepare and pack breakfast and sack lunches for shelter guests.
- Collaborate with shelter staff to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all.
Requirements:
- Ability to work overnight shifts (9:45 PM – 2:00 AM) on a recurring basis.
- Completion of volunteer training prior to serving.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those experiencing homelessness.
